陳凱昇先生
Mr. Peter Hoi Sing Chan
陳先生是在香港土生土長的註冊臨床心理學家，現於英國國民保建服務(NHS)執業，為社區人士提供密集式的心理治療服務。
陳先生畢業於香港大學，曾於社會福利機構輔導中心任職臨床心理學家暨中心主任，累積超過十五年前線臨床經驗。陳先生曾服務的對象包括學童、成人和長者，為他們提供心理評估及個人及小組心理治療。此外，他亦多次獲邀為家長、教師、機構員工、專職醫療和公眾人士主持講座、工作坊及專業培訓。
陳先生擅長處理抑鬱、焦慮、壓力、失眠、教養、患病後和生活適應困難等狀況。他以實證為本的方法，尤其是認知行為及靜觀為本的治療手法，處理各種情緒和行為困擾，從而讓服務使用者能夠友善地對待自己和活得更輕鬆自在。
過去十多年來，陳先生致力學習和推廣靜觀，為公眾主持工作坊和教授相關課程，並參與大學的相關研究。
Peter is born and received education in Hong Kong. He is currently practicing in NHS in UK, offering intensive psychological therapy to individuals in the community.
Peter is graduated from the University of Hong Kong and had worked as a clinical psychologist cum centre-in-charge in a counselling centre of a non-governmental organization. He has accumulated more than 15 years of clinical experience. In these years, he had offered psychological assessment and individual and group psychotherapy to students, adults and elders. In addition, he was invited to deliver talks and conduct professional training workshops to parents, teachers, employees, allied health professionals and the general public.
Peter uses evidence-based approaches, especially cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based modalities, in facilitating his service users to manage their emotional and behavioral disturbances effectively. Eventually, they learn to cultivate self-kindness and lead an autonomous life. Peter is particularly experienced in handling depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, adjustment to illness, life transitions and parenting issues.
Over the past ten years, Peter is dedicated to practice mindfulness and disseminate it to the general public through workshops and courses. He also participated in research projects led by the universities.
